- Assist clients with personal care, including bathing, grooming, and dressing
- Assist clients with mobility, ambulation, and transfers using assistive devices
- Provide companionship and emotional support
- Assist with meal preparation, medication reminders, and light housekeeping
- Document care activities and significant observations in an accurate, timely, and legible manner
- Communicate with the care team and supervisors in a respectful and timely manner Requirements :
- 1-2 years of verifiable caregiving experience preferred
- Compassionate towards senior and disabled clients
- 20 years of age or older
- Reliable vehicle, valid driver's license with current insurance and registration
- Strong communication skills
- Proof of eligibility to work in the U.S.
- Able to pass a drug screen and background check
