Prefer row crop farming experience, along with some alfalfa too. Strong farming skills with a focus on machinery operations and maintenance, and crop production, but also willing to assist with the feedlot as needed.
This is a diversified operation, and a person needs to be willing to jump in and help where and when needed, which includes feeding for about an hour in morning and then focusing in crop production operations.
This is a progressive operation that will provide a family-friendly atmosphere with balance. Options for a spouse who is seeking employment or wanting to stay home with the kids.
The farm wants to find a solid long-term, committed farm assistant to add to our team. The area has great schools with options between public or private.
Wages and benefits will be negotiated and considered open for the right person. Willing to train person who is well rounded in Ag, who has good attitude, hardworking and has a true interest on the farm, but also wants to speak with the most experienced individuals as well.
