About the Role :
We are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Technician to join our AAE team. OH. As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for ensuring the proper functioning of all mechanical and electrical in our manufacturing facility.
Your primary goal will be to minimize downtime and maximize productivity by performing routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on various equipment and systems.
You will work closely with other members of the maintenance team to identify and address issues in a timely and efficient manner.
Minimum Qualifications :
- 2+ years of experience in maintenance or a related field
- Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and pneumatics
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
Responsibilities :
- Perform routine maintenance on mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic
- Troubleshoot and repair equipment and systems as needed
- Maintain accurate records of all maintenance and repair work
- Collaborate with other members of the maintenance team to identify and address issues
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies
Working Environment :
- Experience working in a manufacturing environment
- Ability to lift and move equipment or parts weighing up to 50 pounds
Skills :
As a Maintenance Technician, you will use your expertise in mechanical repair, mechanical systems, and electrical wiring to ensure the proper functioning of all equipment and systems in our manufacturing facility.
You will work closely with other members of the maintenance team to identify and address issues in a timely and efficient manner.
Your strong problem-solving and communication skills will be essential in this role, as you will be responsible for maintaining accurate records of all maintenance and repair work and ensuring compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.
