Receives calls from members and providers. Responds to customers complaints and grievances. Records all calls and detail.
Receives requests for adjustments on claim issues. Receives requests for disenrollment.
- High School Diploma
- Minimum 6 months call center experience
- Microsoft Word
- Excellent skills in telephone communication and a professional demeanor
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work consistently in a fast-paced environment
