OverviewGovCIO is currently hiring for a Supply Chain Analyst-Lead. This position will be located in Washington D.C and will be a fully remote position.

ResponsibilitiesSupports timely and accurate procurement activities across the TO of year-round procurement activities and purchases of Tools and ODCs.

Prepares the Procurement Report deliverables that include information and status reports pertaining to all active, upcoming and projected RIPs, costs, and relevant timelines.

Participates in discovery meetings regarding purchasing requirements with program leads, TPOCs and government stakeholders in preparation of upcoming procurements.

Implements purchasing processes consistent with the TO requirements, FAR requirements, and DCMA practices.Drafts and submits RIP for review and approval via OITO TPOC and FEDSIM COR concurrence via the program approved systems.

Works collaboratively with the program, OITO POCs and the FEDSIM COR on all active and projected procurement activities to manage property accountability, license acceptance, maintaining status updates and inventory of licensing and warranty.

Works with GovCIO program control team to support accruals, customer cost projections, internal cost accounting requirements to include completion of goods receipt and collaboration with finance regarding invoicing.

Tracks all active and projected procurement activities against available CLIN funding and ceiling, requesting additional funding from the FEDSIM COR and OITO TPOC as needed.

Works with GovCIO’s legal department, procurement team and the program for review of EULAs for software procurements.Interfaces with appropriate corporate resources for entry and submission of purchase requisitions for approval and tracks all purchase order submission to vendors.

QualificationsHigh School with 9+ years (or commensurate experience)Required Skills and Experience : Experienced with and working knowledge of FAR, TAA compliance, RFQ processes, price justification and utilizing Costpoint regarding the full lifecycle of purchase requisitions.
