We are seeking a skilled and experienced Attorney to join our dynamic team. As a Construction Litigation Attorney, you will be an integral part of our practice, advocating for clients in a wide spectrum of construction projects, both public and private..
Key Responsibilities :
- Blueprint Analysis : Thoroughly review and interpret construction matters to provide sound legal advice and risk assessment.
- Foundation Enforcement : Handle litigation and arbitration proceedings involving construction defects, delays, and contract disputes.
- Scaffold Support : Offer legal support to our construction clients, from small contractors to large developers, ensuring they are protected on all fronts.

Qualifications :
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- Admission to the state bar and in good standing.
