MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS :
1. Bachelor's degree from a college or university accredited by
an organization recognized by the Council for Higher Education
Accreditation (CHEA) or by the United States Department of
Education (USDE). Major course work in a Computer Information
Systems, Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or a
related field preferred. Each year of experience as described
below in excess of the required four years may be substituted for
thirty semester hours from an accredited college or university on
a year-for-year basis.
2. Four years full-time, wage-earning program administration experience
to include information technology experience or administration of
technical programs.
3. Three years full-time, wage-earning analysis experience to include
development of policies and procedures.
4. Governmental program experience preferred.
5. Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP),
Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA), or Certified
Information Systems Manager (CISM) preferred.
