Work Schedule :
This is a full-time, 40 hours per week position scheduled to work Monday through Friday, with core hours between the hours of 8 : 00 AM 5 : 00 PM plus an after hours on call rotation.
Applicants hired into this position can work remote from most states. This will be discussed during the interview process.

The UW Health Server Team seeks an accomplished Server Engineer Citrix to join our high-performance team in support of a state-of-the-art, enterprise class Citrix environment.
The ideal candidate is dedicated and self-motivated. Has planned, organized, and executed large scale Citrix initiatives.
Able to manage the end-to-end lifecycle of Citrix solutions while ensuring the environment is secure, responsive, and recoverable.

Candidates will come prepared to demonstrate competencies in :
- Sever management Understanding of ITIL principals to manage incidents, requests, changes and projects effectively.
- Work style
- Citrix management
- Engineering, design, implementation, operating systems, patching, upgrades, disaster recovery.
- Automation of simple repeatable tasks.
- Documentation and knowledge sharing with cross-functional teams.
- Approach to technical and security issues.
- Approach to support, solution development, hotfixes / cumulative updates, lifecycle management.
- Understanding and implementation of AD Group Policies and Citrix Policies.
- Monitoring of Citrix user experience.

Education :
Minimum Associate degree in Healthcare, Information Technology, Business, or related field Two (2) years combination of relevant experience and education may be considered in lieu of degree.
Preferred Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Healthcare, Information Technology, Business, or related field strongly preferred
Work Experience : Minimum
Minimum
- Demonstrated success designing, configuring, and supporting server infrastructure
- Demonstrated success troubleshooting to isolate and diagnose problems in large-scale server infrastructure implementations
- Demonstrated success translating business needs into operational requirements
- Demonstrated success mentoring and teaching others on Server Infrastructure technologies
Preferred
Three (3) years relevant experience in IT, Business Operations, Project Management, Analytics, or Monitoring
Licenses and Certifications :
Preferred Azure Administrator, Azure Developer, MCSA, VMware Certified Professional, Nutanix or equivalent certification(s)
