Are you a passionate design professional looking for an exciting new chapter in the southern, NH area? Our client is hiring at multiple position levels in Manchester, NH.
They are looking for an experienced Project Architect / Designer to join their close-knit architectural firm. Their firm specializes in small & large scale commercial, mixed-use multifamily, community, and educational projects.
We have a flexible working environment and value team players who are eager to work on multiple project types in various stages of completion.
The ability to collaborate, offer insight, learn, and eagerness to produce great design projects are desired.
Responsibilities
Large project management role with design, document development, and construction
administration duties.
- Coordinate with other staff to achieve project schedules.
- Material and interior design composition for differing project types.
- Ability to respond to construction information requests, attend site visits, and
document progress through web-based software and DM documents.
Review project type zoning and code requirements to develop a project within these
constraints.
Develop exciting 3d models for each project to express your design intent.
Qualifications
- Degree in Architecture.
- Licensed, or working toward licensure.
- 10+ years of experience in a team-focused environment.
- Proficiency in ArchiCAD (preferred) or Revit w development of 3d BIM models
- Ability to express design and materiality thru 3d & graphic imagery
- Interior design, writing specifications and construction experience a plus.
- Knowledge of Construction Materials and Methods.
- Preferably seeking applicants from the northern New England area.
