Responsibilities
Order Processing : Enter customer orders into the ERP system, ensuring timely processing and shipment.
Invoicing : Submit invoices to customers via email, mail, or customer systems.
Credits and Debits : Process credits and debit memos as needed.
Customer Requests : Address and fulfill customer requests for samples, documentation, and product information.
Internal Coordination : Provide support and coordinate with production, shipping, purchasing, and sales teams.
Freight Coordination : Support and manage customer freight delivery processes within the current freight system.
Communication : Relay customer concerns or needs to sales staff and executives.
Documentation : File and maintain necessary documents.
Education and Experience
- Required : High School Diploma
- Preferred : Associates degree and / or 2+ years of relevant experience
- Experience : 3-5 years in customer service, preferably within food-related fields; manufacturing experience is a plus.
