What You’ll Do
Opening of broker accounts on Globus system to create new C / P
Broker Settlement instructions linking in Globus.
Opening and Updating of broker depository information in Globus
Trade Corrections / Amendments
Option Security opening / Option trade processing and option replication to Geneva.
Kepler report equity reconciliation
Prepare Excel with term sheets and Client accounts to Client Services Dept in order to mail term sheets
Back up for Funds Trade Processing
Back up for Funds trade replication to Geneva and Bahamas
Validate and process trades in Globus and transmit trades file to Pershing.
Send all margin Notification to CRO for reviewing and CRO resolution and submit CRO respond in NETX 360
Send request to Pershing for unpriced security.
Monitor work Corner for Pershing notification on Corporate Action, unmatched trades and options assignment.
Process of Corporate Actions in Pershing Platform
Process journal request from CRO for internal security movement
Process all trade correction : Equity, fixed income, Mutual funds
Submit Mutual Funds orders via Service Center for Mutual Funds rejected
Investigate all cases assigned regarding coupon payments, dividends payments or any update on securities.
Review in NETX 360 that retail account and commission account are not holding any security at the end of the day
Allocate trades from the average trading price Account to the customer account as per CRO request.
Responsible for sending fail report to our middle office team and Unmatched report to Settlements team
Contact counter party on unmatched trades and resolve any discrepancies.
Processing of Coupon claims and follow-up
Security Master amendments
Settlement of Trades
EFG Security position import in Miami Globus
Processing of treasuries on deposit at Pershing for Finance Department
Liaise with Pershing’s International Department and Government Clearance for urgent settlement issues

What You’ll Need
- Associate degree
- FINRA Series 99
- Excellent follow-up skill,
- Work well under pressure
- Must be able to multitask
- At least 5 years of previous work experience in a related field
- Fully bilingual (English & Spanish).
- Solid knowledge of Settlements
- Detail oriented.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Netx360 and Globus preferred experience
