Summary

• MilwaukeeCounty is seeking an experienced highenergy business analyst forinitiatives within the Department of Administrative ServicesInformation Management Services Division project portfolio.
• Responsibilities willbe to assist with optimizing use of ERP modules (Cash Managementincluding Bank Reconciliation) and other selected initiatives toimprove end user productivity in Finance and Supply Chain.
• PO is through12 / 31 / 2024.
• Project durationexpected to be through end of12 / 31 / 2024.
• Reviews analyzes andevaluates business processes as it relates to the system and userneeds.
• Formulates businessprocesses to support overall business strategies.
• Ability tocommunicate effectively with users and departmental management.
• Experience withidentifying solutions to business problems using processreengineering and technology.
• Familiar with currentand emerging technologies and standards.
• Effective atfollowing plans and completing goals on time and on budget.
• At ease at workingindependently and able to perform a variety of complicated tasks.
• A wide degree ofcreativity and latitude is expected.

RequiredQualifications

• Five ormore years of experience with business analysis or relatedarea.
• Four Years Knowledgeof Finance practices and Systems with focus on any or all of CashManagement Accounts Receivable & Billing Accounts PayableGlobal Ledger and FixedAssets.
• Understanding ofbusiness processes and processmapping.
• Excellentcommunication skills including experience presenting to ExecutiveLeadership.
• Ability to developdocument and communicate effective business requirements withtraceability to testcases.
• Willingness andability to learn new technologies and take on additionalresponsibilities as required by theposition.
