Position Overview : The position is responsible for providing onsite management and oversight of the construction projects in a health care setting.
The Superintendent will work with the project team to ensure the project is completed within the required time frame and budget.

Key Responsibilities :
- Ensure the construction project is complete and within the required time frame.
- Provide quality control and assurance of the job site.
- Oversee the job site on a daily basis to ensure health and safety regulations are followed.
- Supervise the progress of the construction project.
- Direct and coordinate activities related to the construction project.
- Manage subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers.
- Ensure projects are completed according to the plans and specifications.
- Maintain and update project documentation.
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during the construction project.
Qualifications :
- 5+ years of experience in construction and / or project management.
- Proficiency with AutoCAD software.
- Massachusetts Construction Supervisor License (CSL) is preferred.
- Experience in healthcare construction and / or hospitals is required.
- Familiarity with Procore is preferred.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
