Coates is seeking to add a Relocation Agent to our team in Oklahoma City, OK .

We are looking for a Relocation Agent with a strong understanding of industry guidelines and interpersonal skills to provide relocation services to businesses and residents displaced due to public construction projects, particularly with DOT and local public agencies

The agent will provide relocation assistance to individuals throughout the right-of-way project life-cycle in support of the Project Manager (PM), or members of the project team.

Local candidates preferred.

Overview of Duties :

• Ensure compliance with applicable laws, rules, regulations, policies and procedures
• Perform right-of-way relocation's related to state or federally funded infrastructure projects
• Prepare real estate documents
• Performs basic property research for ownership and boundary information
• Performs general administrative / clerical work as required, including but not limited to preparing legal documents, reports and correspondence, attending meetings, entering and retrieving computer data, copying and filing documents for file management, verbal and written communications with customers; customer service and related functions
• Trouble shoot customer complaints and issues
• Conducts searches for replacement referrals, coordinates the moving process
• Conducts physical inspection of real property to be acquired
