AVP / VP, Marketing Planning, FinTech and Retail Business Job Description
Responsibilities :
- Formulate strategic marketing plans and business strategies for marketing programs to achieve the overall pre-set business targets.
- Develop partnership / joint promotions with corporations or financial institutions to create business opportunities for customer acquisition.
- Handle marketing and business development projects from negotiation to agreement sign-off, and implementation such as promotion content, drafting T&C, and launching to the public.
- Manage the relationship and expectations of business partners and smooth handover to sales teams.
- Prepare business proposals for all marketing plans according to assigned budgets for management approval.
- Serve as project manager and roll out the marketing plan with other social media and sales teams, monitor the progress, and evaluate and report the results.
- Set KPIs, project schedule, budget, resources planning, project launch, result tracking, and report on individual campaign progress and sales channels.
- Ensure compliance with regulations and corporate governance practices.
Requirements :
- University graduates in business or financial-related disciplines.
- At least 5 years of solid experience in marketing or business development in a securities firm or financial industry such as credit card, loans, and insurance, etc.
- Understand and be able to develop online customer acquisition channels.
- SFC registered Licensed Representative for regulated activities Type 1, 4 is preferred, but not a must.
- Strong interpersonal skills, good team player, and can work independently.
- Proficiency in both English and Chinese, fluency in Putonghua an advantage.
