We are looking for a Personal Injury Case Manager to handle personal injury claims from start to finish. Case Manager will get a lot of hands-on experience, initial client contact, scheduling medical appointments, reporting claims for lien resolution, and providing quality client care.

Personal Injury Case Manager Responsibilities :
Conduct initial client interviews and collect necessary information
Manage and organize case files, ensuring all documents are up to date
Communicate with insurance companies to report claims and negotiate settlements
Resolve property damage (PD) and loss of use claims
Provide excellent client care and maintain regular communication with clients
Handle phone calls, respond to inquiries, and update clients on case progress.
Perform administrative tasks such as scanning documents, data entry, and filing.
Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
Collaborate with attorneys and other team members to support case strategies.
Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
Qualifications :
Strong research, writing, and communication skills; attention to detail; proficiency with legal / case management software, databases, and other relevant technology
Previous experience in personal injury or legal case management is preferred, but not required.
Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills
Strong interpersonal skills to interact with clients, attorneys, and court personnel effectively
