We are looking for a energetic product operation leader to join our TikTok Shopping User Growth team. The User Growth team plays a core role in the acquisition, activation, and retention of billions of users / consumers through our globally popular products such as TikTok, Resso, CapCut, Helo.

We are building platforms, leveraging data & ML models, and providing end-to-end solutions to power the global growth of ByteDance products.

Typical growth projects include paid ads, referrals and EDM.

Responsibilities :

  • Working for the user growth of TikTok Shop (E-commerce business) in US. Design and execute growth strategies based on local peculiarities.
  • Utilize internal and external, local and HQ resources to improve key metrics including number of new customers, repurchase rate, average order value etc.
  • Facilitate collaboration between the local team and HQ mid-platform team by contributing local insights to the HQ team and deploying the latest tools / best practices from the HQ to the local business.

Qualifications

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor degree or above.
  • 5+ years of relevant experience in E-commerce or operations in a technology company.
  • Experience with team management and independently responsible for core business metrics.
  • Strategic and logical thinker, with effective planning, analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proven ability to lead a data-driven project. Capable of in-depth data interpretation and highly data-sensitive. Familiars with SQL is a plus.
  • Passionate about understanding user demands with different cultural backgrounds and excellent communication skills to work cross-functionally in a globally collaborative environment.
