About the team
The Seller Growth Operations team at TikTok helps build with day-to-day operations for Merchants and Sellers on the TikTok Shop platform.
We are responsible for driving full-funnel product education, acquisition, incubation, analytics, and strategy for all Merchants and Sellers.
This team is the voice of the market and collects, prioritizes, and shares meaningful insights to shape the future of TikTok's Seller Growth initiatives.
Responsibilities : - Methodology Construction : Partner with internal product teams and operations stakeholders to continually frame and improve TikTok Shop's Operational Methodology.
- Curriculum Design : Develop a structured and systematic curriculum to guide merchants on the know-hows of operating a successful business on TikTok Shop.
- Content Development : Create engaging and informative courses and materials, including video tutorials, written guides, and interactive modules catering to different learning styles and expertise.
- Channel Management : Manage a portfolio of communication channels and employ marketing tactics, such as webinars, live streams, social media, and email campaigns for mass outreach to influence merchants' behaviors.
- Data Monitoring : Monitor the performance of educational programs and and analyze their effectiveness; Identify opportunities for improvement, and refine content strategies accordingly.
Minimum Qualifications : - Bachelor's degree and above with at least 5 years of experience in Commerce Education, Marketing, Communication, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of e-commerce business and social media marketing. Familiarity with TikTok and its ecosystem is a plus.
- Ability to analyze core data metrics to generate insights and refine educational approaches.- Good communication and project management skills;
- ability to manage cross-functional stakeholders and drive through project implementation.- Comfortable with questioning the norm and thriving in ambiguous and fast paced environments;
Respond calmly towards shifting priorities, business needs, and timelines in a positive demeanor. Preferred Qualifications - Experience with community building for Sellers or Businesses.
- Experience with creating Webinars or trainings for sellers.
