Role Description
This is a part-time on-site role for a Clinical Therapy Intern at AZ Center for Change in the Greater Phoenix Area. The Clinical Therapy Intern will be responsible for assisting in therapy sessions, conducting assessments, creating treatment plans, and collaborating with the clinical team to provide quality care to clients.
Qualifications
- Enrollment in a Master's degree program in Clinical Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or a related field
- Strong interpersonal skills and excellent communication abilities
- Ability to work well in a team and demonstrate professionalism in a clinical setting
- Knowledge of therapeutic techniques and an understanding of mental health disorders
- Experience in conducting assessments and developing treatment plans is a plus
- Possessing empathy, patience, and a genuine interest in helping others
