Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Legal Search Recruiter at Talent Engines LLC. The Legal Search Recruiter will be responsible for law-related hiring, legal recruiting, and staffing services.
This role is primarily based in Birmingham, AL, with flexibility for remote work.
Qualifications
- Law, Legal Recruiting, and Staffing Services skills
- Experience in hiring and recruiting
- Strong analytical and research skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work collaboratively and remotely
- Knowledge of AI / ML technology in recruiting is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Law, HR, Business, or related field
