• Create Show-Stopping Social Posts : Work with Marketing to develop engaging, creative recruitment campaigns that grab attention and inspire candidates to apply.
• Break Down the Silos : Collaborate with teams across the Brio from HR to DEI to develop innovative recruitment strategies that create a unified, innovative approach to recruitment that hits all the right notes.
• Partner with Leaders for Retention : Work closely with organizational leaders to design and implement strategic retention initiatives, ensuring the valued team members your team recruits stay engaged and committed to Brio’s mission.
• Campus Tour Leader : Lead the charge in college, high school, and community recruitment efforts, ensuring Brio is constantly bringing in fresh, diverse talent.

What You Bring to the Stage :

• 5+ years of experience in Talent Recruitment Strategy and collaborative Project Management required.
• Bachelor’s degree in HR or a related field preferred, or equivalent experience (Healthcare recruitment experience is a plus!).
• A recruitment rockstar who’s a pro with ATS systems and knows how to drive tech-savvy solutions.
• Social media guru with experience in crafting strategic online recruitment campaigns that get results.
• Excellent communication skills you know how to connect, influence, and get everyone in tune.
• A data-driven thinker who can use analytics to strategize and drive recruitment decisions.
• A collaborative spirit ready to lead, work cross-functionally, and deliver game-changing results.
