- Campus Tour Leader : Lead the charge in college, high school, and community recruitment efforts, ensuring Brio is constantly bringing in fresh, diverse talent.

What You Bring to the Stage :
- 5+ years of experience in Talent Recruitment Strategy and collaborative Project Management required.
- Bachelor’s degree in HR or a related field preferred, or equivalent experience (Healthcare recruitment experience is a plus!).
- A recruitment rockstar who’s a pro with ATS systems and knows how to drive tech-savvy solutions.
- Social media guru with experience in crafting strategic online recruitment campaigns that get results.
- Excellent communication skills you know how to connect, influence, and get everyone in tune.
- A data-driven thinker who can use analytics to strategize and drive recruitment decisions.
- A collaborative spirit ready to lead, work cross-functionally, and deliver game-changing results.
