Insight Global is looking for an Events Manager for $75,000 for a client in Milford, CT for a permanent opportunity in the Marketing Department.
This person will be working 40 hours a week. The Electrical Trade-Show Manager is responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing trade shows and exhibitions focused on electrical and electronic products.
This role involves managing all aspects of event logistics, from initial planning to post-event analysis, ensuring a seamless and successful experience for exhibitors and attendees.
Overall, the responsibilities are as follows :
- Event Planning and Coordination : Develop and manage comprehensive event plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Vendor Management : Negotiate contracts with vendors and service providers to secure the best arrangements within budget.
- Booth Management : Oversee the design, layout, and construction of exhibits and displays, ensuring they meet company standards and objectives.
- Promotion and Marketing : Develop and implement promotional strategies to maximize event exposure and attendee engagement.
- On-Site Management : Supervise event setup, execution, and teardown, ensuring all activities run smoothly and on schedule.
- Stakeholder Communication : Liaise with internal teams, exhibitors, and attendees to address any issues and ensure a positive experience.
- Post-Event Analysis : Conduct post-event evaluations to assess success and identify areas for improvement.
