We are looking for candidates who :
- Have high expectations
- Can work on their own initiative
- Are outstanding classroom practitioners who will work with our children to ensure they achieve their highest potential.
- Demonstrate high expectations of behaviour
- Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Have secure knowledge in maths and English to at least GCSE level or equivalent.
- Have previous experience of working in an educational setting with children with additional needs. A minimum Level 2 qualification in this area is essential.
