As a National Accounts Sales Coordinator, you will be responsible for supporting the sales team in managing, tracking and mapping sales opportunities for our sales and division management team.

Responsibilities

  • You will work on RFQs (requests for quotation), confirm all the details for each RFQ and reach out to customers with questions to ensure they are complete RFQs
  • You will create KPI (key performance indicators) reports such as sales and margin forecasts and track inventory movement.
  • Documents new and current procurement programs and tracks along with RFQs
  • You will also communicate with our national accounts customers and internal departments to ensure smooth and timely delivery of our products and services.

Requirements

  • High School diploma or equivalent required.
  • At least 2 years of experience in sales coordination, administrative support, or customer service.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Knowledge of RFQs, KPIs, and sales reports preferred.
  • Experience in the packaging distribution industry is a plus.
