Position Overview :
We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Travel Reservations Agent to join our team. No prior experience is necessary just a passion for travel and a willingness to learn! In this role, you will assist clients with their travel bookings, including flights, hotels, car rentals, and tours.

Key Responsibilities :
- Assist clients with booking flights, hotels, car rentals, tours, and other travel arrangements.
- Provide clients with travel recommendations and advice based on their preferences and needs.
- Confirm and manage travel reservations, ensuring all details are accurate.
- Handle inquiries via phone, email, and online chat, responding promptly and professionally.
- Resolve travel-related issues, such as schedule changes, cancellations, or other trip complications.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of travel destinations, special offers, and travel trends.
- Work closely with vendors, including airlines, hotels, and tour operators, to secure the best deals for clients.

- Customer Service : A strong commitment to providing top-notch service and resolving issues with professionalism.
- Communication : Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Attention to Detail : Ability to accurately process bookings and manage client itineraries.

- Time Management : Ability to manage multiple reservations and prioritize tasks efficiently.
- Tech-Savvy : Comfort with using basic computer applications and online booking systems (training provided).
Qualifications :
- No prior experience is necessary we will provide full training.
