Summary :

On-Site Position located in Hollywood, Florida

Provides financial analysis and prepares internal and external financial reports by compiling information and utilizing appropriate accounting policies and procedures.

Responsibilities :

Assists Controller in the preparation of annual audited financial statements in conjunction with outside auditors and preparation of other required annual reports.

Assists with monthly ad-hoc financial analysis and provides customer support as requested.Produces and manages financial reporting packages and corresponding analysis, which may include accounts like accounts receivable, revenue, cash, or other complex areas.

Responds to requests for analysis and provides analytical support to the Finance management team. Discusses departmental statements with department heads and investigates any material variances.

Performs monthly close of assigned entities. Ensures all balance sheet accounts are reconciled and supported with proper documentation.

Assists in the preparation of the assigned entities annual operating budget.
