This role offers an exciting opportunity to work on projects that elevate our client experience with us. You will be playing a pivotal role in shaping our Salesforce Platform capabilities, work with various business and technology stakeholders and be part of the Salesforce center of excellence.
This is a techno-functional role with both business analysis and platform configuration responsibilities.
Your will be working in an Agile team who interact with business partners to build capabilities in Salesforce platform. You will be responsible for eliciting the requirements from business and where applicable, perform platform configuration tasks with Salesforce’s out of the box functionality.
You will work alongside a great team of Salesforce engineers, scrum masters, business analysts and data engineers who constantly strive towards developing each other and driving the organization’s aspirations ahead.

Your demonstrated acumen in the Salesforce technologies, certifications in both Salesforce and Agile / Scrum will differentiate you as a candidate of choice for us.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES :
Analysis and Configuration
All aspects of user and license management including new user setup / deactivation, roles, profiles, permissions, public groups, OWD, sharing rules
Salesforce configuration changes, including (but not limited to) : Workflow, Process Builder, Flows, assignment rules, approval processes, fields, page layouts, record types, dynamic layouts, apps, actions, custom settings, reports, and dashboards.
Resolve user support tickets.
Build reports for monitoring user adoption and usage of various features.
New user and ongoing user training
Participate in the product increment planning and document user stories pertaining to platform administration.
Create and own various user stories from the interactions with business.
User adoption
Regularly meet with the business users, identify their needs and help them adopt to the Salesforce platform
Monitor and track all user requests that are coming into the agile team and see them through completion.
Perform user training where needed to help our business partners understand the core functionality built for them.
Build reports and dashboards in the Salesforce platform based on the user’s needs
Research the data and provide the information as needed, to help drive adoption efforts
Continuously develop Salesforce platform acumen through trailheads and certifications and share the knowledge with users to help them acclimate to the platform.
Operational efficiency
Track all user requests that are coming through our ticketing system and follow them through completion
Conduct periodic checks with users on what is working well and what is not and feed the information into the team for action
Assist in coordinating the go-live activities including the execution of the deployment plans and checklists.
Assist in ensuring that the sprint goals are met each sprint.
Own any production defects, test and funnel them through sprints towards fixes as applicable.
Break down the complexity of user stories and bring the stories to a ready to be played state.
Estimates for the user stories that you will own to configure in the platform.
Create test driven development information into the user stories that you will configure.
Clearly document the acceptance criteria in the user stories in JIRA.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES :
Strong working knowledge of Salesforce technologies.
Excellent software troubleshooting experience.
Excellent understanding of the organization’s goals and objectives.
Demonstrated learning of Salesforce platform acumen and upkeep of certifications
Hungry to learn, demonstrated continuous learning of relevant skills.
Excellent written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills.
Ability to conduct research and understand current state and define future state.
Ability to communicate ideas in both technical and business languages.
Highly self-motivated and directed, with keen attention to detail.
Proven analytical and creative problem-solving abilities.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE :
College diploma or university degree.
Certifications in Salesforce technologies
Certifications in any testing tools and methodologies.
2-3 years of experience in the Salesforce platform ecosystem.
1-2 years of proven experience with writing requirements and configuring Salesforce platform with basic administrative functions
OTHER :
Hybrid work environment with some days in the office and some days remote.
