None of our positions are commission based or involve any cold calling.
Pursuant to California State regulation, the salary range for this position is $22 to $26 hourly, and includes eligibility for performance-based bonuses.

Each Technical Assistant provides vital team functions :
- Prepare information needed to market new and renewal business
- Monitor various reports for consistency
- Make and follow through with request for missing information from outside sources
- Data entry into multiple internet based systems as it relates to the transactional process for each account
- Use Microsoft Office software, (e.g. Outlook, Word and Excel)
We are looking for people with :
- 1 year experience as support staff in an office environment or a relevant degree Insurance experience a plus!
- Great customer service skills
- Excellent computer skills including typing proficiency, Microsoft Office proficiency with an emphasis in Excel spreadsheets
