The primary responsibility of this role will be assisting in development of the annual and quarterly operating plans with a focus on headcount resourcing.

Work closely with key functions such Finance, Humane Resource and Facilities to identify data tracking and data visualization needs or improvements, through defining investigations, exploring data, analysis, interpretation, and presentation of results and deliverables.

Develop informative and interactive business intelligence reports (KPIs, operating metrics, business metrics, ad-hoc queries), dashboards, and scorecards that can be consumed rapidly by decision makersBuild presentations, dashboards and reports to surface data for different stakeholdersAnalyze and model data to unlock key insights and to improve internal processesProvide ongoing support to strategy and planning programs through general collaboration.
