Position Overview :
As a Parking Lot Attendant / Parking Lot Cashier, you will play a crucial role in managing our parking facilities and creating a positive experience for our guests.
You’ll be responsible for handling cash, debit, and credit transactions, directing vehicles, and maintaining a safe and organized parking area.
Key Responsibilities :
- Greet and assist event attendees with a friendly and professional attitude.
- Process parking fees through cash, debit, and credit transactions, ensuring accurate handling and issuing receipts.
- Direct vehicles to available parking spaces efficiently.
- Monitor parking lot for any issues or concerns and address them promptly.
- Maintain a clean and orderly parking area, including signage and equipment.
- Provide directions and information to guests as needed.
- Assist with any other tasks related to parking lot operations as required.
Qualifications :
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in customer service or cash handling is a plus.
- Familiarity with debit / credit card processing preferred.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
- Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends, as required by event schedules.
