Overview of the Information Technology Support Specialist role :
- assist employees with with desktop support.
- follow technology protocols to ensure systems are secure and ready for users.
- resolve a variety of technical requests in a timely, accurate and friendly manner
- collaborate with the IT support team on special projects
Preferred Qualifications for the Information Technology Support Specialist :
- 1+ years' experience providing IT network, hardware and software support
- Experience supporting Windows operating systems and Microsoft products
- Associate's degree strongly preferred
- must be able to commute to Boston at least 3 days / week
