Our family owned and operated company is seeking a Custodial Team Member to join our team in Prairieville, LA .
Position Summary :
The Custodial Team Member role is pivotal in maintaining our standards of workplace cleanliness and creating a welcoming environment for both our team and the clients we serve.
Key Responsibilities :
- Maintain cleanliness across various spaces by sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors.
- Manage waste removal and sanitation of restrooms.
- Uphold the upkeep of furniture and fixtures, including windows and mirrors.

Ideal Candidate :
- Communicates effectively and has a keen eye for detail.
- Effective time management abilities with a proactive approach to task completion.
- 2 years of experience in a janitorial role is preferred.
Physical Requirements :
Comfortable performing physical activities that include lifting objects up to fifty pounds and navigating different work settings.
Qualifications :
- High school diploma or equivalent; relevant experience is a plus but not required.
