Join our Team if you have experience with Electrical Controls and Instrumentation in the Water / Wastewater Industry, have worked on Environmental Projects, Energy Optimization, Bridges, Tunnels and / or Facility Lighting and Controls.

Here is what we do to help. Integrate Control Systems, Build Out Network Architectures, Automate Processes, Calibrate and Commission Instrumentation for Water / Wastewater Facilities and Power Systems that run Plants, Pump Stations, Tunnels, Bridges and Municipal Facilities.

TESCO Control’s Core Business is Designing and Building Process Control Systems and Power Solutions for Municipalities and Industrial Clients to keep Critical Infrastructure operating efficiently.

Essential Functions :

  • Establish and maintain project schedules to accurately estimate labor utilization and project timing.
  • Coordinate with other project team members; identify scope of work, schedule, and budget requirements
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities with customers, consultants and end users
  • Follow up with customers to obtain feedback, correct problems, and address customer issues
  • Coordinate and facilitate meetings with internal departments, subcontractors, and customers

Requirements :

Education and Experience :

  • Bachelors’ degree in Construction Management or PMP certification
  • At least 7 years related experience in the field
  • Manage multiple projects at one time

Demonstrated Skills and Knowledge :

  • Understanding of applicable regulatory requirements
  • Ability to communicate in a clear and concise manner; written and verbal
  • Act as a responsible company representative
  • Regularly attend formal training, review journals, publications, and other valuable resources to continuously develop knowledge of current technologies
  • Understanding of manufacturing workflow, including planning activities

Pay offered will be based on several factors including, but not limited to relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, and geographic location.

We may pay more or less than the range based on the person’s qualifications. In good faith we believe the range is what we will pay for this role at the time of the posting and may change in the future.
