Working alongside the Hotel Manager at The Peninsula Beverly Hills, we are seeking a Director of Security who will be responsible for the daily operation of Security and Safety for The Peninsula Beverly Hills.

Key Accountabilities
- Initiating and supervising security programs to support a safe work environment
- Minimize liability
- Increase overall cost effectiveness and support the hotel’s service standards
General Requirements
- Establish and implement departmental policies and procedures in accordance with property / corporate security and loss control requirements
- Coordinate and maintain adequate training programs in occupational health and safety for staff
- Coordinate hiring and training of all Security personnel

The salary range for this position is $120,000-$125,000 plus a Bonus Plan.
