Competitive Salary : $68,000-$72,000 with at least 1500 hours completed towards BCBA
$82,000-$85,000 with an active BCBA certification

Your Role :
- Lead and Implement ABA Programs : Oversee individualized ABA programs to ensure client progress.
- Clinical Supervision : Provide training and support to a dedicated team.
- Family Collaboration : Work closely with families to create a supportive treatment environment.
What We're Looking For :
- Master's Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or a related field.
- 1-2+ years of clinical supervision experience.
- Strong communication and analytical skills.
- Valid California Driver's License and clean driving record.
- Bilingual in Spanish is a plus!
