Key Responsibilities :
Product Vision & Strategy :
- Define and articulate the product vision and strategy in alignment with company objectives.
- Develop a deep understanding of market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
Backlog Management :
- Create and maintain a prioritized product backlog that reflects customer needs and business goals.
- Write clear and actionable user stories and acceptance criteria.
Stakeholder Collaboration :
- Work closely with stakeholders to gather and prioritize requirements, ensuring alignment with product vision and goals.
- Facilitate communication between stakeholders and development teams to ensure expectations are met.
Development & Delivery :
- Collaborate with development teams to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of product features.
- Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success and make data-driven decisions.
User Experience :
- Advocate for the user experience throughout the development process.
- Conduct user research and gather feedback to continuously improve the product.
Project Management :
- Manage the product lifecycle from concept through launch, including defining timelines, resources, and milestones.
- Resolve issues and blockers that may impact the product delivery schedule.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
- Proven experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or similar role in a relevant industry .
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and experience with Agile tools (., JIRA, Trello).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams and managing multiple priorities.
Preferred Skills :
- Experience with specific technologies or tools relevant to the role .
- Knowledge of specific industry trends or practices .
- Certification in Agile methodologies (., Scrum Master, Product Owner certification).
