Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Industrial Painter to join our team. As an Industrial Painter, you will be responsible for coating various surfaces in industrial settings, primarily for projects related to the Air Force.
Your tasks will include mixing paints and coatings, operating airless pumps, and applying coatings to achieve specified thickness and finish.
The role requires working at heights of 4 feet or more using ladders and maintaining high-pressure equipment operating at 60-70k psi.
Responsibilities :
- Mix paints and coatings according to specifications.
- Apply coatings using airless pumps to achieve desired finish.
- Ensure proper thickness and coverage of coatings.
- Operate equipment safely and efficiently.
- Adhere to quality standards and specifications.
- Follow safety protocols and guidelines.
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Complete assigned tasks within given timeframes.
Requirements :
- Previous experience as an Industrial Painter, with knowledge of mixing paints and operating airless pumps.
- Familiarity with high-pressure equipment operating at 60-70k psi.
- Comfortable working at heights of 4 feet or more using ladders.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and quality.
- Ability to follow instructions and specifications.
- Willingness to undergo drug testing and background checks, including MVR checks with no DUIs.
- Ability to work Monday through Friday, 7 am to 3 : 30 pm, with overtime as needed.
