Role : Technical Project Manager
- Business Communication : Ability to communicate effectively with business users / IT leaders understand their requirements, and relay those to the offshore team.
- Data and BI Understanding : High-level understanding of the Data and BI landscape, specifically Databricks and Power BI, to handle discussions and drive demos.
- SQL : Understanding of SQL and Data analysis skill is mandatory
- Project Management : Ability to track project milestones, resolve functional and technical blockers, and manage timelines.
- Power BI Demos : Ability to conduct Power BI report demos, gather feedback, and collaborate with the offshore team to make necessary adjustments.
- Onshore-Offshore Model Experience : Prior experience working in an onshore-offshore model across two time zones.
- Program Management : Proven experience in managing multiple Data and BI projects.
- Agile Methodology : Strong experience with Agile methodology and ability to manage projects within an Agile framework.
- Industry Experience : Experience in the life sciences or pharmaceutical sector is a plus.
- Presentation skills : Presen the program accomplishment to SR leadership level
