Maintenance Technician

Kelly, in partnership with a growing food manufacturer, is looking for two Maintenance Technicians in Baltimore, MD (21031)!

These are direct hire positions meaning you will be hired permanently with our client and offered their benefit and vacation package 90 days post hire!

shift : 6am to 2pm

shift : 2pm to 10pm

shift : 10pm to 6 am

Pay : $31 - $39, based on experience.

Job Description :

• Visually inspect and test machinery and equipment.
• Listen for unusual sounds from machines or equipment to detect malfunction and discusses machine operation variations with supervisors or other maintenance workers to diagnose problem or repair machine.
• Dismantle defective machines and equipment and installs new or repaired parts.
• Clean and lubricate shafts, bearings, gears, and other parts of machinery and equipment.
• Install and repair electrical apparatus, such as transformers, breakers, switches, receptacles, wiring, and electronic components of machinery and equipment.
• Repair and maintain physical structure of equipment.
• Operate cutting torch or welding equipment to cut or join metal parts.
• Preventative maintenance on equipment.

Requirements :

• 3+ years of machine maintenance experience is required
• 480v three phase motor experience required
• PLC and electrical experience is a plus
