Role Summary :
As a Marketing Admin, you’ll work closely with Marketing Director Andre Cummings to provide essential, on-site support that ensures the Marketing Department remains organized and effective.
Success in this role means empowering the Marketing Director to make informed decisions through well-maintained, accurate tracking and organized KPIs.
You'll prioritize multiple tasks, ensuring critical projects are completed on time and enhancing team communication for seamless collaboration across departments.
Additionally, you’ll support efficient administrative processes that maximize productivity and keep the operational flow of the team running smoothly.
This part-time role is capped at 15 hours per week, with the potential for additional hours as needed.
Primary Responsibilities :
- Complete daily, weekly, and monthly marketing reports; support analysis of marketing metrics.
- Track marketing projects and campaigns, updating timelines and assisting in planning.
- Manage marketing budgets, including tracking expenses, submitting invoices, and reconciling.
- Communicate with vendors and partners, following up on offers, projects, and new opportunities.
- Coordinate travel arrangements for Marketing team members as needed.
- Assist with communication to store locations regarding marketing updates.
- Plan and organize team offsites and team-building events.
- Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems.
- Perform general administrative tasks like scheduling meetings, taking notes, and handling special projects.
SALARY :
- $18 - 20 per hour
- Hybrid work flexibility Office and remote workdays
Requirements :
Experience and Qualifications :
- BA / BS in Business Administration or a related field is preferred, but not required.
- Minimum of 2+ years in an administrative management role.
- Ability to manage multiple high-priority projects and activities with strict deadlines, even with limited internal staff and budget.
- Exceptional written and oral communication, interpersonal skills, and strong editing abilities with great attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Familiarity with project management software (e.g., Asana, Trello, or Monday.com).
- Basic understanding of marketing KPIs and ability to interpret data to support decision-making.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- High attention to detail in all tasks.
- Ability to work well within a team and foster strong cross-departmental relationships.
