We are currently seeking a friendly and reliable Cashier / Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers and will play a vital role in ensuring their overall experience with us is positive and memorable.
Responsibilities :
- Greet and welcome customers with a warm and friendly demeanor
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently using our point-of-sale system
- Handle cash, credit, and debit payments
- Answer customer inquiries and provide product information
- Maintain a clean and organized checkout area
- Promote and upsell products to customers
Requirements :
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in basic math skills
- Strong attention to detail
