A Full Time Construction Bookkeeper Position You Can’t Turn Down!

Position is an IN-OFFICE position. This is not for a freelance position.

Duties include (BUT NOT LIMITED TO) :
- Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable.
- Vendor / Subcontractor admin : Oversight of ins, W9's, payments, 1099's.
- Oversight of Vendor Statement reconciliations.
- Daily Bank Account Reconciliation.
- Financial statements.
- Weekly P & L by job reports.
- Weekly dashboard report assembly.
- End of year financials including Balance Sheet and P&L.
- Coordinating with the accountant for financials.
- Workman's comp entry & reconciliation.
- Workman's Comp Audit and prep for renewal quotes.
- Lien Releases, including vendors.
- Prep project invoices for job costing.
- Payroll Oversight including balancing and entry into QuickBooks.
- Payroll troubleshooting issues with payroll service when issues arise.
- Payroll end of year prep for W2's ACA etc. with Admin Assistant.
- Human Resources - oversight of company liability to a minimum.
- Sending out, tracking and following up on client payment requisitions.
Requirements :
- MUST be motivated to expand on your technical skills.
- MUST be intermediate / advanced in QuickBooks Premier & MS Excel.
- MUST possess excellent communicative skills and clear speaking.
- MUST be detail-oriented and organized.
