The Industrial Maintenance Technician is an integral part of our employee-owned company, responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of industrial machinery and equipment within our manufacturing facility.

Key Responsibilities :
- Perform routine maintenance tasks on industrial machinery and equipment to prevent breakdowns and ensure optimal performance.
- Conduct inspections and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues, implementing effective solutions to minimize downtime.
- Collaborate with production operators and fellow team members to address maintenance needs promptly and efficiently.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, parts usage, and equipment condition.
- Assist with the installation, commissioning, and testing of new machinery and equipment.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance equipment reliability and efficiency.
- Adhere to safety regulations and company policies at all times to ensure a safe working environment.
- Communicate effectively with supervisors, engineers, and other stakeholders regarding maintenance issues and priorities.
