Superintendent

One of the Mid-Atlantic's leading contractors who has completed thousands of commercial, Mixed-use, Higher education, Government, and Multifamily projects across Washington, DC, and the surrounding areas is seeking a talented Superintendent.

Superintendent

Location : Rockville, MD / Washington DC

Compensation : $120K - $145K + Bonus, Car allowance, etc

This role demands exceptional leadership abilities and mandates a minimum of nine (9) years of experience as a Superintendent.

Required Knowledge, Skills & Abilities :

Comprehensive knowledge of all trades involved in the project, with the ability to anticipate and effectively execute required tasks within the project schedule.

Excellent communication skills, enabling seamless interaction with co-workers, owners, owners’ representatives, and tenants.

Aptitude for rapidly grasping new technical and non-technical information and efficiently applying it in practical field scenarios.

Preferred Education

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or Business is preferred.

Required Qualifications

• 10 hour OSHA
• CPR Certified
• First Aid Certified (current or be able to obtain before project start date)
