About the Business Operations Team
One part internal consulting, one part analytics, the GetSales Business Operations team works cross functionally with the sales & systems teams to identify and capitalize on the company’s highest priority opportunities.
While the opportunities vary, the data driven approach the team utilizes while taking projects from concept to implementation remains consistent.
About the Business Operations Manager Role
Business Operations Managers at GetSales are one part internal consultant, and one part data analyst. Success is not measured by how well you can manipulate data, but rather by how big your business impact is using the data.
As a Business Operations Manager, you will not only use data to identify opportunities, but also to validate them through experimentation and see them through to implementation.
The Business Operations Manager Will
- Champion projects or workstreams to design tailored solutions that meet specific partner and organizational needs
- Partner with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to build partnerships, share market insights, and continuously evolve GetSales product and service capabilities
- Lead internal research projects designed to continuously improve GetSales ability to accelerate its sales functionality and serve partners strategic business needs;
including conducting research, building analyses, and developing presentation ready materials
Support internal initiatives to establish the team’s operations and environment
About You
- You are someone who values a culture that embraces the diversity of thought and experience, while also placing high importance on fostering an inclusive workplace
- Proven ability to learn quickly and deeply about complex challenges, and the ability to think critically and creatively to develop solutions
- Executive-level written and verbal communication skills
- Experience using data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, Tableau, PowerBI, etc.
- Exceptional data analysis and project management skills, including structuring complex problems, scoping projects, and managing timelines
- Ability to navigate ambiguity, curveballs, and rapid change to drive real results
