Under the direction of theCommunity Relations Manager this position will help advance the organizationsbrand, build awareness of Capri Communities and its mission, and help build occupancy.
This is a highly interactive, hands-on position which will interact with alllevels and programs within the community.
ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES
- Under the direction of the Community Relations Manager,responsible for conducting calls to prospective residents and tours of thecommunity to meet sales goals
- Inform prospective families and referral sources about howservices and programs can meet their needs.
- Respond promptly to every telephone call or in-person inquiry fromall referral sources, prospective residents, and families.
- Represent the community to referral sources and prospectiveresidents and explain the benefits of residing at our community.
- Utilize software systems to maintain, and keep current, new, andexisting prospect leads. This includesmaintaining the lead profile with pertinent and applicable.
demographic,responsible party / influencer information, and proper identification with the appropriatequalified or unqualified lead status.
Ensure appropriate and timely next steps are established for everyactive lead.
- Assists the Community Relations manager with the coordination ofexternal marketing, public relations and community outreach programs.
- Coordinate the move-in process for new residents and theirfamilies.
- Other duties as assigned.

- Associates Degree in Marketing, Communications, or Public Relations.
- 2-4 years experience performing a similar role
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills with the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient with computers, computer applications in include Microsoft Office, and typing.
- Excellent verbal and non-verbal communication skills. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, residents and partners.
- Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, percentages. Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra.
- Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draws valid conclusions.
