Position Overview : The Microsoft PowerApps Specialist will design, develop, and deploy custom applications and automated workflows using Microsoft Power Apps, MS Forms, SharePoint, and PowerAutomate to meet business needs.

They will oversee the administration and maintenance of SharePoint environments, ensuring optimal performance and security while customizing sites and workflows with SharePoint Designer.

This role involves collaborating with stakeholders to gather requirements, providing technical guidance, and leading IT projects from inception to completion.

Additionally, the IT Solutions Architect will conduct training sessions, support end-users, and continuously seek opportunities for process improvements and innovation.

Key Accountabilities : MS Power Apps Development : Design and deploy custom applications, collaborating with stakeholders to meet business needs and integrating with Microsoft 365 services.

MS Forms Management : Create and manage forms, integrating with Microsoft services and analyzing responses for data-driven insights.

SharePoint Designer : Customize SharePoint sites and workflows, developing tailored solutions and collaborating with end-users.

MS Power Automate : Implement and troubleshoot automated workflows, ensuring efficient integration with Microsoft services.

Solution Architecture and Design : Develop IT solutions architecture aligning with business objectives and provide technical guidance.

Project Management : Lead IT projects, ensuring timely delivery, collaboration with cross-functional teams, and detailed documentation.

Training and Support : Conduct training and provide support for Microsoft 365 tools, developing materials and resolving technical issues.

Continuous Improvement : Stay updated on Microsoft 365 features, identify process improvements, and optimize solutions for performance.

Compliance and Security : Ensure solutions comply with policies and regulations, implementing security best practices and conducting assessments.

Other duties may be assigned Qualifications : Minimum of two (2) or more years of experience in IT solutions architecture, with a strong focus on Microsoft technologies.

Proficiency in Microsoft Power Apps, MS Forms, SharePoint Administration, SharePoint Designer, and PowerAutomate. Demonstrated experience in managing IT projects, from requirements gathering through to delivery and support.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to assess complex business requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and provide clear documentation.

Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage relationships with stakeholders. A proactive approach to identifying opportunities for process improvement and innovation in IT solutions.

Experience in conducting training sessions and providing support to end-users to ensure effective use of IT solutions. Knowledge of best practices in IT security and compliance, particularly in relation to Microsoft technologies.

Relevant certifications such as Microsoft Certified : Power Platform Solution Architect Expert, Microsoft Certified : Azure Solutions Architect Expert, or Microsoft Certified : SharePoint Server Hybrid, preferred.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, preferred. Physical Requirements The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an Associate to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
