Key Responsibilities :
- Manage and nurture relationships with an existing portfolio of high-net-worth clients, focusing on understanding their financial goals and delivering comprehensive wealth management solutions.
- Provide expert guidance in areas such as retirement planning, estate planning, insurance analysis, cash flow management, and investment strategy.
- Collaborate with the investment team to develop and implement personalized financial strategies tailored to each client's unique risk tolerance and financial objectives.
- Conduct ongoing client reviews to adjust financial plans and investment portfolios as necessary.
- Lead client service delivery, ensuring clients receive exceptional, personalized financial planning and wealth management services.
- Actively participate in business development efforts to expand the client base and continue the firm’s growth.
- Work closely with senior leadership to gradually assume additional responsibilities, with the potential to help manage or fully run the North Canton office in the future.
Ideal Candidate Profile :
- 5+ years of experience in financial advisory, wealth management, or similar roles, with a proven track record of managing client relationships and investment portfolios.
- Certified Financial Planner (CFP) certification required.
- Strong technical expertise in financial planning strategies, investment products, and market dynamics.
- High attention to detail with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building trust and rapport with high-net-worth clients.
- Leadership potential, with the ability to step into a management role within the North Canton office.
- Entrepreneurial spirit with a passion for growing a client base and expanding your own business while delivering top-tier service.
- Ability to thrive in a smaller, team-oriented office environment that values personal accountability and direct client engagement.
- Located in or willing to relocate to North Canton, Ohio. While there is some flexibility for remote work, this is primarily an in-office role to maintain leadership presence and foster team collaboration.
Compensation & Benefits :
- Base salary in the range of $100,000 to $120,000, based on experience.
- Industry-leading discretionary bonus structure. Total target first year compensation is expected to be around $150,000.
