Overview :

Optimum Health & Wellness Physical Therapy is rapidly growing and is now hiring a full-time Physical Therapist for an outpatient position in Ketchikan, AK .

This position includes a combination of neuro and orthopedic caseloads. Join our community-focused private practice with an on-site wellness gym program, and be mentored by the company owner and skilled team members in various specialties.

You'll also have opportunities to develop skills in diagnostic testing, making this a unique role in the field.

Our therapists take pride in providing personalized, high-quality care. This is a salaried position with production bonus incentives available.

Salary Range :

Full-time Salary : $85,000 to $100,000.

Caseload / Patient Population :

• Patient Care : One-on-one therapy sessions scheduled in 60-minute appointment slots .
• Weekly Patient Load : 38-40 patients.
• Demographics : All age ranges with a variety of outpatient diagnoses. Ideal for those interested in broadening their knowledge in orthopedics while having opportunities for specialization.

Work Schedule :

• Clinic Hours : Monday Friday, 7 AM 6 PM.
• Work-Life Balance : No weekends, no evenings, no holidays. Flexible scheduling with opportunities to contribute to a dynamic team.

Job Requirements :

• Education : Graduation as a Doctor of Physical Therapy (or equivalent).
• Licensure : Eligible for Alaska state licensure as a Physical Therapist.
• Experience : No experience required; new grads are encouraged to apply.
• Skills : Ideal candidates should have an interest in diagnostics and possess strong hands-on patient care and manual therapy skills.
