Responsibilities
- Delivering talent sourcing and recruiting services for the North America Region.
- Leading the team of TA professionals to achieve expected results
- Manage outside partners including search firms and a possible RPO
- Partnering closely with HR Leaders and leading the strategy and development of innovative solutions to meet the staffing needs of the region in order to cost effectively deliver world class talent across the organization.
- Defining short and long term strategic sourcing plans and strategies to identify best in class talent both internally and externally.
- Integrating analytics to guide & drive talent sourcing & recruiting strategies, capabilities, and initiatives.
- Proactively managing the talent supply chain (. internal talent pools, external talent sourcing channels such as online media, employee referrals, and search firms) and identifying creative ways to ensure CNH has access to the best talent in the world to fill current and future openings.
- Monitoring / ensuring compliance with employee-related legislation and internal policies and practices.
- Actively participating in HR initiatives and projects by working effectively with global HR team members.

The annual salary for this role is $111,000 - $162,800 (Actual salaries will vary and will be based on various factors, such as skill, experience and qualification for the
Qualifications
The qualified candidate will have :
- Bachelor's degree
- Talent Sourcing and Recruiting leadership experience with a minimum of 7 years of experience in complex global organizations, 5 in Talent Acquisition
- Recruitment process management, ideally in a complex multi-site manufacturing environment
- Experience managing an RPO relationship
- Experience leading a Talent Acquisition team
